When your Citrix® MetaFrame or Microsoft Terminal Services environment encounters IT issues that require you to seek cost-effective resolution outside of your organization, call Dataliant. We offer expert telephone and remote support that can help your organization deal with issues quickly and efficiently - and keep your systems up and running. If the issue requires diagnostics or testing, we also provide on-site support.
  • Emergency Support Plan - Offers customers the opportunity to obtain occasional incident-based phone support with a one-hour response time during regular business hours (8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday). Calls supported under this plan include system failures, error conditions and troubleshooting. The products supported by this service include:


    • MetaFrame 1.8 and XP
    • Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003
    • Windows Server 2000/2003


  • Annual Fixed Fee Support Plan - Provides onsite and remote support for the duration of the contract for both Citrix MetaFrame XP and Microsoft Windows Server/Terminal Services. (Note: The scope of this service does not cover upgrades, migrations or new implementations.)
  • Service & Support Scheduled Plan - Offers a reduced rate for purchase of a block of hours for onsite service or remote phone support during regular business hours (8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday - Friday).
